Puretech water system

The Puretech water system is a great product, but what they don't tell you is that when you purchase this item, they put a lien on your house. It does not matter if you are paying it on time or not.

My first payment is due feb 2010. I also found out this month, that I have a lien on my home for this awesome water system.

If you don't want a lien on your home, then don't buy this product from Puretech.

Horrible Service, RUN!
by: PO'd in Orange County

NEVER buy one of these PURETECH systems. They are over priced, and you will NEVER get good service from these people once your system is installed. I don't think that the people they send to install the system even know what they are doing. Then when you call their office to try to get help after the install, no one ever answers the phones. If you do finally get someone on the line, they all act dumb and tell you anything you want to hear to get you off the line, even going so far as to tell you that you have an appointment for service at your house but no one ever shows up at your house to repair the system.

this frkn salesperson comes and starts talkin bout how he is not selling anything he just simply wants to test my water... Asked him if he was with the city and he stated he wasnot with the city. Then I told him I would have to research his company before I allowed him access to my house. Then I find these postings and now I can't wait for this dude to show up tomorrow...im gonna tell him to go pound sand... Frkn scam .....dnt do it... Don't allow them access to your home...if there is a problem with the water, the city wld know about it and they will inform you. You dnt ned no frkn water system in your home..

I bought the system about a year and a half ago from a demanding sales assiociate who wrote a bunk contract little did he know I used to be a master salesman We didnt even qualify for the system but yet it was installed the following week. I then took the case up to puretech and said to them that how are we able to purchase a system without having the creditials and this salesmen came to our door a dozen times demaning a 1000 dollar extra payment which I thought was to his benefit I never answered the door to him and surprizingly puretech only sent me one bill for the system for 120 dollars this was a year and a half ago. To my knowledge I have no contract with them and a free system thanks Puretech !!!

This guy came. Convincing, very convincing, I doubted a lot, but he swore and insisted on nothing wrong with it.
What would happen with a lien on my house? I have also asked about it, and he told me there is not lien on my house.
Do you know what would happen to me if that was the case?
What if I fully pay for the product? Will I still be endangered?
