Culligan HE water softener

I purchased the Culligan HE water softener along with the Aqua sensor for $2455. I had my first problem 4 days after installation. The same problem occurred 1 week later.

The service man felt he could not fix the problem. I am going to have the unit removed under my 30 day trial period because I do not have faith that further problems will occur in the future.

Also, Culligan always promises to call to let you know when they will be arriving. They NEVER called the three times I had them out and just showed up at will.

Have you ever thought that just maybe you unit happens to be a faulty on.....things happen....give the company a chance to get things sorted out for you. Hope you have been looked after since your posting!!!
